Central government push for manufacturing will see a push for cluster production of light manufacturing for retail goods and agricultural products. This is likely to happen in a cluster to reduce the cost of transportation and efficiency in the process and ensuring that once the raw materials enter the zone, the entirety of the process can be completed within the city.
